These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the rights and obligations between you and the operator of Glot Rank ("we") with respect to your use of glotrank.com and its hosted services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you (on your own behalf or on behalf of the entity you represent) accept these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the lawful authorization of the entity you represent.

1. Accounts

Registration: some features of the Service require an account. You warrant that your registration information is true and accurate, and will keep it up to date.
Security: you are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact us immediately if you discover unauthorized use.
Team workspaces: you may invite members to collaborate within an organization. The organization Owner is responsible for managing members and the subscription.

2. Service Scope and License

The Service provides SEO data tools including keyword research, rank tracking, competitor analysis, backlink research, and site audits, with data sourced from third-party providers such as DataForSEO.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the Service for the SEO work of your own websites and of your clients (for example, agency work performed for clients).
You may export and use the reports and results you generate in your own business and deliverables; however, you must not resell them as a standalone data product or use them to build a product that competes with the Service.

3. Subscription, Credits, and Billing

Free trial: new accounts include a small amount of trial credits; no card required.
Paid plan: Glot Rank Pro is $19/month and includes $5 of data credits each month. If pricing changes, we will notify you in advance of the renewal.
Credits: features that consume SEO data queries are billed in credits (1,000 credits = $1 equivalent; actual charges include the platform markup — see the live cost estimate in the app). Monthly included credits reset each billing cycle; top-up credits ($5–$99 per purchase) never expire and are consumed after monthly credits run out.
Payment: processed by Stripe; international credit cards accepted. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled at any time from the billing page or the Stripe customer portal; after cancellation the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

violate any applicable law or third-party rights;
scrape, crawl, or bulk-export data in an automated fashion for resale or to build a competing product;
share a single account across multiple organizations, or otherwise abuse the Service to circumvent billing (we may rate-limit abnormal usage);
reverse engineer the Service, stress-test it, or interfere with its normal operation.

5. Third-Party Data and Disclaimer

Metrics such as keyword search volume, difficulty, and backlinks are estimates from third-party data providers and may deviate from actual values. SEO data is inherently estimation-based — treat it as decision support, not as a guarantee.
We do not guarantee search ranking outcomes or any specific SEO results.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We may improve, change, or discontinue parts of the Service; material adverse changes will be announced in advance.
You may delete your account and stop using the Service at any time. If you materially breach these Terms and fail to remedy the breach after notice, we may suspend or terminate your account; no refund is due for termination caused by your breach.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Service is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; and our aggregate liability to you is limited to the total fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the claim.
