- Is the free tier really free?
- Yes. Free is permanent and needs no credit card: 90 credits/month (~3 lookups a day) plus daily free lookups and a one-time AI brand scan (single platform, watermarked). If it's not for you, you pay nothing.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- Metered lookups pause with a top-up prompt, and scheduled jobs pause automatically until you refill. Your bill never exceeds what you chose.
- Which features spend credits?
- External-data lookups: keywords, backlinks, domain data, SERPs, local grids, audit renders, AI brand scans, and SAM conversations. Viewing projects, already-fetched data, and your own GSC/GA4 data is always free.
- Do unused credits expire?
- The monthly grant resets each billing cycle; purchased top-up credits never expire.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes — self-serve in the billing portal, and the service runs until the end of the current cycle. Your first payment is refundable within 30 days, no questions asked.
