Refund rules for Glot Rank subscriptions and credit top-ups.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This English translation is provided for convenience. For the governing version, see the Chinese original — in case of any inconsistency, the Chinese version prevails.
We want Glot Rank to be genuinely useful for your business. If it isn't a fit, refunds follow the rules below.
1. 30-Day Subscription Refund
- Within 30 days of your first subscription payment, you may request a full refund, no questions asked;
- Email support@glotrank.com with your Stripe receipt or order email — no reason required;
- Refunds are returned to your original payment card within 5–10 business days after approval;
- The subscription ends immediately upon refund; the Service remains available until the refund is processed.
2. Renewals and Later Billing Periods
- The 30-day guarantee covers only the first subscription payment;
- If a renewal charge was made and no paid feature was used (no credit consumption on record), you may request a refund within 7 days;
- Renewal periods with credit consumption are generally non-refundable; for special circumstances, contact us and explain.
3. Credit Top-Ups
- Credit top-ups ($5–$99) are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused;
- Partially used top-up credits are not eligible for pro-rated refunds;
- Top-up credits never expire — buy according to your needs.
4. Annual Plans (if applicable)
The first year of an annual plan follows section 1; for renewal years, a pro-rated refund by unused months is available if no more than 30 days have elapsed and no credits were consumed.
5. How to Request
Email support@glotrank.com and include:
- Your account email;
- A screenshot of the Stripe receipt or the order number;
- (Optional) why it didn't work for you — we genuinely read these and use them to improve the product.
6. Notes
- We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of obvious abuse (repeated subscribe-refund cycles);
- This policy applies together with the Terms and Conditions; where they conflict, the rule more favorable to you prevails.
